History of Vedic Math:

Vedic Mathematics traces its roots back to the ancient Indian Vedas, a treasure trove of profound knowledge spanning various disciplines. Over a century ago, scholars in the West stumbled upon these ancient texts and recognized their immense value. Among them was Sri Bharati Krisna Tirthaji, a brilliant eastern scholar, who embarked on a quest to unearth the mathematical gems hidden within the Ganita texts. Through meticulous study and analysis between 1911 and 1918, Tirthaji reconstructed a lost mathematical system, revealing the simplicity and elegance of Vedic Mathematics. He unveiled sixteen sutras or word-formulas, along with sub-sutras, which govern the entire realm of mathematics, demonstrating their remarkable power and versatility.
