Sunitha Ranjan is a seasoned psychologist and life skills educator with over 15 years of expertise. Presently, she serves as a freelance life skills consultant and master trainer. Her primary focus is on life skills and psychological capital, and she excels in crafting impactful content, curriculum, and training modules for diverse audiences. Sunitha's dedication to the field of life skills education is evident through her prior role as the President of the Indian Association of Life Skills Education (IALSE), where she, along with a committed team, played a pivotal role in spearheading numerous successful initiatives for the organization. Sunitha's impressive career includes a tenure as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Life Skills Education at Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development in Tamil Nadu, India, where she honed her skills in teaching and training. She also served as faculty at Asan Business School in Chennai. Her professional journey commenced as a career counsellor and personality development trainer for Young Buzz India Ltd, where she represented their South India operations.
