Yogahara Certificate Course

The Yogahara International Certificate Course offers a comprehensive exploration of Yoga and Natural Diet System (NDS), drawing insights from Ayurveda, Yoga Shastra, and the teachings of Srimad Bhagavad Gita. This course aims to empower participants with the knowledge and skills to maintain health and prevent diseases through natural means.

Delivered online via Zoom meetings in Gujarati and Hindi, this 6-month course is open to individuals above the age of 15 who are interested in yoga and holistic health practices.

 Rs. 3750 - (with International Hindu University Certificate)
 Rs. 2750 - (with International Hindu University Certificate for certified yoga teachers)

  2. Yoga Shastra and Holistic Health Practices:
  o Delving into the foundational principles of Yoga Shastra and its applications in promoting holistic well-being.
  o Practicing yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques for physical, mental, and spiritual health.
  3. Integration of Ayurveda and Yoga:
  o Understanding the synergy between Ayurveda and Yoga in promoting overall wellness.
  o Exploring Ayurvedic dietary principles and lifestyle practices for optimal health.
  4. Application of Srimad Bhagavad Gita Teachings:
  o Analyzing the teachings of Srimad Bhagavad Gita pertaining to health, diet, and lifestyle.
  o Integrating spiritual wisdom with practical approaches to holistic health management.
