About

Tejas Joshi is a young tabla artist and classical music practitioner belonging to the fourth generation of a family rooted in Indian classical music. Music has been an integral part of his life from an early age, with rhythm, taal, and melody becoming part of his natural musical foundation.

He began performing on stage at just 3 years and 6 months of age and has continued to develop his skills through disciplined practice, live performances, competitions, and collaborations with Kathak, sitar, and vocal artists.

Alongside his musical journey, Tejas uses digital platforms to bring Indian classical tabla to younger and wider audiences. His work combines traditional Indian musical heritage with contemporary digital culture while promoting cultural preservation, harmony, and sensitivity toward nature and voiceless animals.
